Very pleased with these socks which I received as a xmas present. So pleased that I ordered some more. Wear them all the time - not tight or too loose around ankles. Keep my feet warm and cosy which is necessary as I have nerve damage in my feet caused by a herniated disk. They wash up well too.

Not received and no refund. Vera Tucci has been excellent in the past but I am receiving no response to my communications. Disappointed

Bought 2 pairs of your gloves at Xmas charity Fayre . One for me one for gift . In the end loved both styles kept both and ordered another pair after finding your website . The gloves are soft , comfortable, stylish and in lovely range of colours & fabrics ! Will be ordering more ! Xx

Awful customer service and wrong product sent. Says to message on FB. No response.

I only received the surprise gloves, hence the one star. The rest of the order has not been received. No response to messenger message and I haven’t traced a different means of contact. Not at all happy

I have been trying to make contact to get some help with my order that hasn’t arrived. After sending various messages on the only contact option and not receiving a response I have been left out of pocket and feeling angry and frustrated. 😕

Contacted immediately after ordering to inform old delivery address. They still sent it to old house. Royal mail sent it back to them and I've been contacting them many times since with no response!!!! 2 weeks ago I ordered! Rediculous
